In an open dialogue with Bice Curiger, Yan Pei-Ming will be talking about his painting and the ways in which Vincent van Gogh inspired the creation of his exhibition Night of Colours, currently on show at the Fondation. The public will be invited to join in the discussion with questions for the artist.

Yan Pei-Ming (born 1960 in Shanghai) grew up during the Chinese Cultural Revolution. He moved to France at the start of the 1980s and settled in Dijon, where he studied at the École des Beaux-Arts, then at the Institut des Hautes Études en Arts Plastiques in Paris. Painting has not let go of him since.
